"Buy, Buy, Buy" is a piece that I created as a part of my IB Higher Level Visual Art portfolio. It addresses our society's extreme consumer behaviors.

The process for this piece happened very naturally, and progressed from drawing, to digital, to large scale painting. "Buy, Buy, Buy" represents our society's wants rather than needs and how that manifests into mass consumption of, often, materialistic goods.

This was the first time I had ever done such a large scale painting. I found it very difficult to keep the color flat and even across large scretches. In the end, I definitely preferred the digital piece better than the painted, but it was good to get experience in a medium that I have never tried before.
